What is the Process?
First, Lets Talk
The first step is reaching out to us via our website, and a phone call. Let us know what kind of work your looking for, and where your located. We will have a preliminary conversation, and the next step is to meet in person at your home or land.
At the first meeting we will further define the scope of your project. We want to make sure our process is right for you. We will explain how we use our Project Managment software to keep you as a client up-to-date on the progress of your project, the projected costs, as well as keep communication in one place.
Design
At this point we begin the pre-construction process. You will have a personalized account set up to access our online project management software. Most selections, and all important communication will be made here. We will develop and agree to a clear scope of work with cost estimates through this platform.
Construction Agreement
With our detailed estimate complete, and selections made, we will create a construction agreement (contract), to be signed by you and a representative of Bayshore Renovations. We will confirm a project schedule so you can make any arrangements necessary. Materials with long lead times will be ordered in preparation for the start date, or at the earliest convenience of the client.
Build!
Finally our crew and trusted family of subcontractors will begin your project whilst respecting your property, and your neighbors during construction. We will update your project progress directly to you the client through Buildertrend, and communicate throughout to ensure your selections and ideas come to life as you imagined.
